Part Time sports therapist or physiotherapist wanted.

At Snowdrop Lane clinic we are looking for a personable, outgoing practitioner with excellent people skills and fantastic communication. We need someone who enjoys working in a multidisciplinary clinic and could add to the fun in our vibrant environment.


The applicant must have a desire to excel in evidence-based private practice, drive to keep learning, take pride in their career and be almost obsessive about reaching the best results with each and every patient. You must lead your patients by example to produce quality rehab programs, one to one and group classes.

About West Wales Sports Injuries;


Started up in 2012 and has been growing and expanding since.


We pride our practice on a fun and friendly atmosphere that is welcoming to everyone making them feel at ease. I like to think that the clinic adapts and evolves, delivering excellent patient care. The patient caseloads are extremely diverse, exposing you to a range of patients from all backgrounds from professional sport, young sports people, through to the elderly.


More recently the clinic has expanded and now provides a weekly 1-hour Pilates based class which patients are encouraged to attend. We would like to expand the range of classes available this year.


The clinic operates in a building alongside a Chiropractor and Podiatrist, and we offer a mentorship programme with the clinic chiropractor, in-house CPD, and the support to expand your knowledge, role and working hours. We have a user friendly, Electronic Medical Records and booking system.







About the role;


Essential: BSc Sports therapy/BSc Physiotherapy, Governing body membership, Insurance.


Qualified Sports Massage Therapists will be considered depending on experience and further courses/qualifications obtained.


Desired: Pilates APPI or equivalent qualifications, dry needling, taping, IASTM.


-Working with clients in clinic providing, assessment, diagnosis and treatment.


-Generating referrals, with support, to grow your professional client base.


-Liaising with previous and potential new clients via telephone calls and Email.


-Generating social media content and maintaining the website with a regular blog.


-Setting up group rehab and Pilates classes in the wider community.


-Regularly attending CPD meetings/Courses

-Work alongside the Chiropractor and Podiatrist to provide excellent, collaborative care for our patients.


-Administrative duties relating to patient care and clinic management.





The position is on a self-employed basis. Hours, salary and full job description to be discussed at interview.
